We process personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and other applicable laws.

What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company, the service you're interested in, budget, timeline and any details you include in your message.
- Communications: emails, WhatsApp messages and call notes when you contact us.
- Client project information: account access, content and business information you share so we can deliver agreed work.
- Website usage data: technical information recorded by our hosting service, such as pages requested, IP address, device and browser type and referring website.
Please don't send passwords, identity documents, payment card details or sensitive personal information through our website forms.
How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare proposals and quotes.
- To deliver, manage and invoice the services you've engaged us for.
- To communicate with you about your project or account.
- To understand how visitors use our website and improve it.
- To measure and improve our own advertising.

- Client and project records: for the duration of the engagement and up to 5 years afterwards, to meet legal, tax and contractual obligations.
- Analytics data: once analytics is enabled, according to the retention settings of the analytics tool, up to 14 months.
How we protect data
We use access controls, secure passwords, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and reputable service providers to protect personal data. Access is limited to team members who need it to do their work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can ask to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate data;
- delete your data;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out;
