Website operator and use
This website is operated by Develop Prism LLC under the DevelopPrism brand. It provides service information and a route to request a discussion. A submitted enquiry does not create a project agreement or confirm that work has started.
Proposals, prices and payments
Work is governed by the written proposal and agreement for your engagement. Published prices are starting points for the stated scopes and exclude VAT and separately identified third-party costs. Projects use 50% upfront and 50% on launch; retainers are billed monthly in advance. Published SEO plans have a six-month minimum. The project agreement identifies the relevant deliverables and payment milestones.
Changes and third-party costs
A new requirement can change the scope, price or delivery plan and should be agreed before the additional work begins. Advertising spend, hosting, platform subscriptions, licences, translation and production expenses can be separate. The quote should identify who pays each provider and who controls the relevant account.
Client material and delivery
The client is responsible for providing accurate business information and appropriate rights to supplied material. Access, content and required approvals can affect delivery. Ownership of final work, editable files and third-party licences follows the agreed contract; not every raw asset or licence is automatically transferable.
