The operational problem

Order progress needed to be visible across teams rather than understood only within individual departments. Leadership needed a clearer account of active work, product status and where time was being spent.

Order progression and departmental approvals

Staff sign in, act on assigned work and approve progression to the next team. The ERP follows the order lifecycle through processing, in-house production and delivery.

The system records entry and exit by department, product/order status and time spent. It does not claim autonomous routing, sensor-based production tracking or live IoT data.

Inventory and leadership views

The delivery includes material and inventory records, leadership dashboards and reporting on active orders and operational bottlenecks. These views bring departmental activity into a shared operational account.

Business value

The owner reports a clearer overview of what teams are producing and where orders stand. No quantified efficiency, financial saving, staffing reduction or ERP-vendor certification is claimed.

Implementation boundary

This is a bespoke ERP delivery, not evidence of certification in a named ERP platform. Specific technologies and client-identifying dashboards are not disclosed.
