(01) ONGOING MARKETING
Integrated Digital Marketing Services in Dubai
DevelopPrism coordinates SEO, Google Ads and social/content for businesses that need ongoing monthly marketing. One in-house delivery team connects channel plans, campaign execution and reporting, rather than treating each supplier or platform as a separate brief. Start with a live offer and an agreed enquiry goal, then choose a focused channel or a combined monthly plan.

(02) WHO THIS IS FOR
When coordinated monthly marketing makes sense
This service suits a business with a live product, service or website that needs a consistent enquiry programme. It can help when SEO, ads and social activity need one calendar, when your internal team needs execution support, or when management cannot connect channel reports to what happens to enquiries.
You do not have to buy every channel. If the priority is one specific issue, a specialist SEO engagement, Google Ads scope or social media plan may be the more useful start. A new website or product build receives its own project scope.
(03) CORE CHANNELS
What can be managed together
SEO
Technical priorities, search-focused content and organic reporting follow the selected SEO package. The work should answer the searches your offer can serve and connect relevant pages to a clear enquiry route.
Google Ads and paid media
The paid-media scope covers campaign targeting, ads, search-term review, budget decisions and conversion tracking. Management fees are separate from the media budget paid to the platform.
Social media and content
The social content plan defines platforms, post quantities, reels, approvals and community responsibilities. The calendar should support the same offers and customer questions as search and paid campaigns.
A standalone engagement concentrates on one discipline. An integrated engagement coordinates the selected disciplines, their content and the review of enquiries; it does not make every agency service an unlimited inclusion.
(04) PUBLISHED COMBINED PLAN
Growth retainer: from AED 11,000 per month
The published Growth retainer combines SEO Growth, Social Growth and Ads Starter. The monthly starting price is AED 11,000, excluding VAT and media spend. The component scopes below come from the current published pricing; the written proposal confirms the deliverables and any additional work.
| Component | Published scope |
|---|---|
| SEO Growth | 25 keywords, technical SEO, two articles, link building and a monthly report. |
| Social Growth | Three platforms, 16 posts including four reels, community management and basic ads management. |
| Ads Starter | Campaign management covering ad spend up to AED 15,000 per month; the media spend itself is separate. |
For a focused channel, published starting fees are AED 2,000/month for Local SEO, AED 2,500/month for social management and AED 2,500/month for ads management. These entry packages differ from the Growth components above. SEO retainers carry a six-month minimum; the agreement confirms the combined plan and its terms.
(05) MONTHLY DELIVERY
What is included in monthly management
Planning connects the offers, target pages, content calendar and campaign priorities across the selected channels. Under the Growth retainer, SEO delivery includes the technical work, 25-keyword scope, two articles, link building and monthly report listed above. Social Growth provides 16 posts across three platforms, with four reels counted within that total, plus community management and basic ads management.
Paid campaign management reviews targeting, search terms, bids, ads and recorded conversions within the Ads Starter spend tier. The review combines platform reporting with enquiry feedback from your team so the next changes address relevant traffic and lead quality. Deliverable quantities and responsibilities remain those in the proposal; coordination does not add unlimited content, creative or development.
(06) SETUP AND RECURRING WORK
What happens first, and what repeats
| Stage | Work and boundaries |
|---|---|
| Initial review and setup | Confirm the offer, access and current accounts; review the existing site and campaigns; check analytics/conversion tracking; research keywords and audiences; record the baseline and approval responsibilities. |
| Recurring monthly management | Carry out the selected SEO and social deliverables; optimise paid campaigns; review tracked enquiries and sales feedback; report the work and refine the next priorities. |
Timing follows the existing accounts, tracking condition, content availability and client approvals. The published tracking and conversions setup fee is AED 1,000, waived on a six-month contract. Your quote confirms whether that fee applies to your engagement; it is not silently included in the monthly starting price.
(07) RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXCLUSIONS
What the monthly fee does not automatically include
Media spend is separate from campaign management, and all published prices exclude VAT. Platform subscriptions, hosting, paid plugins, permits, talent, licensing and additional production versions can create third-party costs. The proposal identifies which costs apply and who pays each provider.
Social Growth includes four reels within its 16 posts. A monthly shoot is listed under Social Premium, not Growth. Confirm the footage, editing inputs and production responsibilities in the brief; a separate shoot or standalone film is not an automatic Growth inclusion.
A new website, app, custom software build or full branding project is not listed in the Growth retainer. Campaign landing-page improvements and conversion-flow changes must have an agreed scope. Larger website projects and separately commissioned video production remain specialist work.
Your team supplies accurate offer information, relevant account access, approved brand/content assets and consolidated approvals. Accounts stay in your business’s name. Tell us who owns sales follow-up and which enquiries are qualified; do not send passwords or sensitive customer information through a public enquiry form.
(08) DELIVERY PROCESS
How the channels work as one plan
The existing four-stage process connects the brief to account setup, channel delivery and the review of actual enquiries. Each stage has agreed responsibilities rather than a guaranteed performance target.
01
Define the offer
Define the audience, offer and useful enquiry action. Review the existing website, channels and sales process, then agree whether one channel or the combined Growth scope addresses the priority. Record client inputs, access and approval owners.
02
Build the campaign
Connect the SEO priorities, social calendar and paid-campaign messages to the agreed offer. Prepare the approved content and ads, confirm account ownership and review the landing-page and tracking work identified in the scope.
03
Test the response
Check the mobile enquiry route, forms, phone and WhatsApp actions and conversion events before interpreting campaign results. Review targeting and creative tests alongside consent choices, rejected leads and the feedback your sales team can supply.
04
Review and refine
Compare completed deliverables, platform data and enquiry quality against the agreed baseline. Adjust content priorities, targeting and budget decisions within the approved scope. Review what can be attributed reliably and identify any separate production or website work needed next.

(09) MEASUREMENT
Measure enquiries, not just reported clicks
The reporting baseline can include organic traffic and search visibility, recorded form submissions, campaign conversions and the cost per tracked enquiry. Phone and WhatsApp link clicks show an action on the website; they do not by themselves prove a completed call, conversation or sale. More complete call and lead reporting depends on the available integrations and agreed tracking scope.
A qualified lead needs a definition your sales team can apply, such as an enquiry that matches the service and coverage you actually offer. Review accepted, duplicate and irrelevant enquiries separately where that feedback is available. Conversion rate and cost per lead are useful only when the conversion event and reporting period are consistent.
Consent choices, offline follow-up, cross-device journeys and differences between platform attribution windows limit what can be matched. Do not add platform conversion totals together as though they are necessarily different customers. No fixed number of leads, rankings or sales is guaranteed.
(10) YOUR QUESTIONS
Monthly marketing management: your questions
What is included in monthly digital marketing management?
+
+
The selected package sets the monthly deliverables. The Growth retainer combines SEO Growth, Social Growth and Ads Starter: technical SEO and content, social delivery across three platforms, and paid-campaign management within the Starter spend tier. Coordination and reporting connect the channels; the proposal records the quantities, responsibilities and additional costs.
Should I use one marketing channel or several?
+
+
Start with the channel that addresses your current priority. A focused SEO, Google Ads or social engagement can be appropriate when one discipline needs attention. Use an integrated plan when the same offer needs coordinated search, paid campaigns and social content, and your team can supply the access, approvals and follow-up needed to support them.
Is ad spend included in the monthly management fee?
+
+
No. Media spend is separate from the management fee. The Growth retainer starts at AED 11,000 per month excluding VAT, and its Ads Starter component covers management of media spend up to AED 15,000 per month. The advertising budget is an additional cost; your quote also identifies applicable setup, production and third-party charges.
What access do you need before starting?
+
+
We need agreed access to the relevant website, advertising, analytics and social accounts, plus accurate business information and approved assets. The exact access depends on the selected channels and existing setup. Keep accounts in your business’s name, nominate an approval owner and use the agreed access-sharing process rather than sending passwords through the website form.
What happens during the first month?
+
+
The opening work reviews the offer, existing accounts, website, tracking and baseline, then agrees channel priorities, content and approvals. Campaign and content delivery follows the access and setup available. Google Ads can bring traffic after approval; SEO develops over time. A launch date or fixed lead total is not promised by the monthly fee.
How do you measure enquiries and qualified leads?
+
+
We review the conversion events that the agreed tracking can record, such as form submissions and campaign enquiries, alongside sales feedback. A phone or WhatsApp click is not automatically a completed conversation. Qualified-lead reporting requires your team to identify relevant enquiries; consent, offline activity and platform attribution limits are explained with the figures.
Can I start with one service and add others later?
+
+
Yes. Published standalone options include Local SEO from AED 2,000 per month, social management from AED 2,500 and ads management from AED 2,500, excluding VAT and media spend where applicable. Add channels through an agreed scope when they support the same business goal. SEO retainers carry a six-month minimum.
Is website work included in the marketing retainer?
+
+
A standalone website build is not listed in the Growth retainer. Campaign landing-page improvements, tracking changes and conversion-flow work need an agreed delivery scope; a new site or substantial development is quoted separately. Social Growth includes four reels within 16 posts, but a monthly shoot is listed under Premium rather than Growth.
